Delivery Policies

1. Introduction
You, our esteemed customers are welcome to Inventive Retail Traders Private Limited (IRTPL). You are advised to read and understand this policy before using our platform.
2. Overview
IRTPL is a technology-based platform that connects customers with the delivery of fresh fish and fish oriented items and services within a specific geographical area of Kanyakumari district.
Our services include, but are not limited to, facilitating order placement, order processing, and last-mile delivery of products or services.
3. Delivery Process
Customers can place orders through our platform called Mimart. Once an order is placed and confirmed, our system assigns the order to our own delivery rider.
The assigned rider picks up the order from our cloud store and delivers it to the customer's designated address.
4. Delivery Charges
No Delivery charges are levied for 3 KM distance, however charges are applicable for the distance beyond. The delivery charges with GST is applicable for other special and express deliveries.
We reserve the right to update delivery charges as necessary.
5. Order Tracking
We provide partial order tracking features to the customers. Tracking information will be made available through the platform.
6. Customer’s Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses at the time of order placement.
We are not responsible for the incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Customer Support
Our customer support team is available to assist with any delivery-related queries or concerns. Contact details are given in the app and website.
8. Amendments and Updates
We may periodically update this delivery policy to reflect changes in our operations, regulations, or business practices. The updated policy will be effective from the date of publication on our platform.
